The hotel is nicely situated in Surfers Paradise, making it easy to access everything we needed. The rooms were fully equipped, so we didn't have to bring a thing, but they could do with a deep clean and a lick of paint. The service was friendly and fixed a booking problem promptly, offering good value for money. The location was lovely, with a view over the river, despite the neighbor that started screaming early. The dining experience was basic, just to answer your generic question about shabu-shabu. Overall, a decent place to stay with a few minor issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from the 26th of February 2016 to 29th February 2016. The rooms were nice and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom with an en-suite. However, the lack of room service over our 5-night stay was a minor drawback.
